Zachary Smith

Zach has done it all. He played football at First Colonial High School and college rugby for Longwood University. Since then, he has competed successfully in powerlifting and bodybuilding. Zach has been a trainer at Flex Gym since 2006, and has developed numerous successful athletes.

Christopher Smith

Chris began training at Flex Gym in 2004 to improve his high school football career. In 2012, Chris joined the US Army and served our country on active duty for over 6 years, and is still serving in the reserves. Chris recently returned home to Flex Gym as a personal trainer and our general manager.

Jess has been a professional dressage trainer since 2005, and competed successfully through the national and international levels. She is an ACSM certified personal trainer and ACE nutrition specialist. Jess joined our team in 2018 as a personal trainer, and our marketing and sales manager.
